CALL FOR PAPERS
Graduate students are invited to submit proposals for the Third International Graduate Conference on Literary and Cultural Studies. This one-day conference will provide a forum for students from institutions around the world to meet and share ideas with their peers. Applications from graduate students engaged in all fields of literary and cultural studies are welcome. Participants may take part in the conference as presenters and/or as discussants. Presenters will deliver talks (up to 20 minutes long) that summarize their research in progress; discussants will introduce presenters and help facilitate the 20-minute discussion sessions that follow all presentations. The official language of the conference will be English.
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
E-mail the conference contact person (below) with the following information:
•Your full name, as you would like it to appear in the conference booklet
•Contact information (telephone, e-mail, and mailing address)
•Institution and major area of study
•A 250-word abstract in MS Word (.doc) format
•Any audiovisual equipment you will need for your presentation
DEADLINES
Applications and abstracts: March 5, 2010
Notification of acceptance: March 14, 2010
Final papers due: April 16, 2010
